As a Distinguished Product Manager in Finance Technology at Walmart, you will guide product vision, strategy, and growth by combining business acumen with an in-depth understanding of technology and the evolving landscape of finance.

About the Team As part of Walmart's Product Organization, you will be part of a team that creates digital products that solve meaningful and complex challenges throughout the organization focused on INTL and US Backoffice functions.
Our goals are focused around designing and creating innovative products and analytical tools that empower our enterprise shared services strategies.
We are looking for visionary Product Managers to help us develop high-impact products that enhance the digital experience for our business.
What You'll Do:
Data Driven Product Decisions:
Harness the power of analytics to derive insights that inform product decisions.
Ensure that product and feature analytics are actionable and drive business value.
Driving Customer/ Client Needs:
Cultivate deep customer relationships to proactively identify and address needs.
Champion the customer perspective across all product initiatives.
Product Roadmap and Development:
Lead the creation and management of product roadmaps for complex products.
Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and external partners.
Drive Go-to-Market strategies ensuring product adoption.
Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus:
Lead meaningful conversations with stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment on product and technology matters.
Technology Orientation:
Be the evangelist for the adoption of emerging technologies.
Have a thorough understanding of current and future technology trends.
In-Depth Domain Expertise:
Demonstrate mastery in domain-specific knowledge and drive innovation within the domain.
What You'll Bring:
Be the Functional Lead, overseeing horizontal solutions for horizontal product groups and ensuring alignment with new initiatives such as ELM Workflow, Sox, and the broader Product Strategy for Finance Technology.
Guide Transformation Initiatives, starting with projects like Next Gen Coops and Delas, and extend these principles across other transformations.
Nurture and build expertise among generalist product managers within the product group.
Spearhead the Transactional Intelligence Framework to foster back-office innovation.
Oversee capability leveling and rationalization across product groups, service lines, and market areas, with initial focus on products linked to GL.

Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
